Deputy Production Manager Milk (m/f/d)

Support of production management in the daily control of liquid technology including shift adjustment, prioritization and resource use Ensuring a smooth production process, from raw material intake to machinery, to the provision of cheese milk and liquid finished products, in compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards Leadership, guidance and development of employees in the operational field as well as support for operational planning, holiday planning and qualification measures Close cooperation with quality assurance, maintenance and production planning for troubleshooting, root analysis and sustainable action tracking Monitoring of energy management Initiation and implementation of improvements in processes, key figures and standards including documentation and follow-up of effectiveness Participating in the creation of traceability Evaluation and implementation of process optimizations Collection and execution of purchase orders

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in production, preferably in the food or beverage industry with focus on liquid processes High IT affinity in view of modern-automated manufacturing processes Conscientious, careful and predictive work Communication strength, team capacity and independent working style Willingness to take over leadership responsibility in the representation Joy in actively supporting the continuous improvement of processes through critical questioning
