As part of our technology team, you will be an indispensable factor for trouble-free operation of complex production lines – your know-how in electrical maintenance is the guarantee of efficiency, quality and reliability.

🔧 Your tasks – demanding, system-relevant, varied

In this responsible position, you work at the interface between maintenance, automation and production security:

• Responsible implementation of maintenance and maintenance measures on automated production, delivery and packaging lines according to maintenance plans and TPM nomenclature
• Systematic error analysis as well as sustainable Rangement of controls, sensors, actuators and drive components – always with a view to production continuity
• Reading and applying current schedules, PLC programs and measurement protocols
• Installation, commissioning and optimization of new machines and plant components (including interfaces to MSR technology)
• Working with retrofit projects and the development of digital maintenance systems
• Safety of technical standards (VDE, DGUV V3) and internal quality standards
• Documentation of technical interventions in SAP, maintenance software or digital maintenance tool

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. electronics for industrial engineering, industrial electricians, energy plant electronics, mechatronics or comparable discipline
• Reliable or sound Experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in production environment or automation technology
• Knowledge in handling SPS controls (Siemens S7, TIA Portal), frequency converters and drive technology of advantage
• Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Structured, conscientious and independent working
• Providing for work in the regulated layer system (spring/spring layer)
• Valid driving permit class B desirable
