The “Securities Services Development” division is responsible for the further development of the securities business services for client solutions, corporates and private customers bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Position type: Full-time/Part-time Settlement of Digital Securities: Own-owned project work to set up a settlement platform for Digital Securities related to the integration of Backoffice activities. Collaboration and Process Integration: Development and Accompanying Collaborative Change Initiatives with Front and Middle Office teams in relation to Digital Securities to Fix Discrepancies in Commercial Bookings. Improve support for trade-related inquiries to ensure seamless process integration. Optimisation of commercial accounting and validation: coordination of process changes for digital securities among others to improve the accuracy and efficiency of trading accounting across different asset classes and to ensure compliance with counterparty agreements and developing market conditions. Transformation of the trading life cycle: Responsibility for implementing changes in trading life cycle management to optimize the processes from execution to execution and to ensure smooth, timely and accurate trading execution. Risk and compliance in trading processes: Responsibility for implementing risk mitigation strategies by introducing new compliance standards and improving internal controls for trading accounting and settlement processes to minimize operating risk and meet legal requirements.

Project Management: Multiannual well-founded project experience including proven ability to ensure that deadlines and high quality standards are complied with. Embossed organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to ensure that project miles are adhered to. Technical expertise: Very strong knowledge of the possibilities of handling digital securities including implementation into an internal securities settlement platform Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing. Functional knowledge: Decided experience in implementing process improvements and experience with change management frameworks. Experience: Found experience in capital markets or banking, specializing in the optimization and automation of commercial accounting processes
