Quality Management Systems Administrator (m/f/d)

The Octapharma production company Deutschland mbH (OPGD) in Springe near Hannover is one of five state-of-the-art production sites. There we produce with our around 850 employees: a finished product and intermediate products for further processing.

In your role as a specialist:in quality management systems (m/w/d), you will support the administration of the electronic document management system (EDMS) and the Learning Management System (LMS) of the Springe site. This position is searched in full time with 38.5 hours per week and at first 24 months. Design our vision to create new health solutions that improve people's lives.

Provision of KCI and KPI numbers Management Lists for QA EDMS training materials (e-learnings, classroom trainings, videos) EDMS Functional support and user management for employees of the site (ticket creation and tracking) Intranet care for QA Participation in multi-site meetings with corporate system administrators Creation and updating of SOPs for Document Control as well as technical examination and approval of GMP-controlled documents and their archiving Administration and support activities in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Completed IT-technical or pharmaceutical vocational training or comparable Multiannual professional experience in document control processes Secure IT user knowledge (in particular MS Office and DMS, e.g. Veeva) Good English and very good German knowledge in Word & Writing Precise, careful, independent & structured work Teamability, reliability and good enforcement and communication skills Your department where you do something The area of quality carries the overall responsibility for the quality control and safety of our medicines with the aim of ensuring the safety of our patients. The area is divided into four departments: Quality Assurance, Quality in Operation, Quality Control and Assessment & Release. The Quality Assurance is responsible for document management, coordination of GMP training, change management and supplier qualification and auditing with around 25 employees.
