Saching student mobility

in the form of parental leave and, if necessary, subsequent parental leave until 31.10.2026.

Your tasks:

• Administrative support of international exchange students, editing of nominations and applications
• Information and advice of international students on study organizational, mobility-related and administrative issues
• support in the management of mobility programmes, in particular Erasmus+
• Organisation of information and support services, including orientation events in presence and online, development of measures for the social integration of international students
• Communication and documentation in German and English, data management in university administration and mobility systems, updating of information materials

Your profile:

• Complete university studies in a relevant field such as social, political, cultural or human sciences
• Multiannual experience in consulting international students in complex individual cases and taking into account sensitive, individual needs and intercultural aspects
• Experiences in the organisation and implementation of information and support formats for international students
• Knowledge of administrative processes in the field of exchange and mobility programmes (Erasmus+)
• Very good knowledge of German and English (at least level C1)
