Construction management for fiber optic projects (m/f/d)

We are looking for full time Construction management for glass fiber projects m/w/d R-KOM is provider of Internet, telephone and TV in East Bavaria and builds the fiber optic network of the future. Every year we develop over 10,000 units in more than 1,000 buildings - a challenging task. With your commitment to the R-KOM, you will ensure the digital future of our home.

You independently monitor projects in glass fiber construction (cluster construction, co-locations, customer connections) You conduct regular meetings with external partners and capture the progress of construction You ensure the quality of the work on the construction site and release performance levels You are the first contact for our construction companies and find suitable solutions on the construction site and in the team You monitor compliance with regulations and obligations You ensure complete documentation and transparent project execution You monitor project progress, identify risks early and tune appropriate measures in the team

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the field of telecommunications, electrical engineering, construction or planning, or successfully completed studies You have experience in project management and ideally of fiber or civil engineering projects You have a secure handling of MS Office, ERP systems and ideally GIS tools You show team spirit, organisational strength and enjoy taking responsibility You show a secure appearance in dealing with external service providers You own the license class B
