Implementation of customs and tax processing taking into account the applicable customs, external and preferential rules Creation, testing and administration of export and customs documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements Requirement and exhibition of long-term supplier declarations, implementation of original checks and monitoring of customs authorisations and permits Advising internal areas of expertise on customs, preferential and external economic issues as well as support in document certification and communication with authorities and consulates Operational national and international mail processing including time monitoring and document creation Coordination and coordination of deliveries with customers, freight forwarders and other logistics service providers Organisation and handling of air, sea and road transport as well as support for trade fair and special transport Implementation of hazardous goods and shipping procedures in accordance with current legal requirements Communication and daily price negotiations with transport service providers and dispositive purchase of packaging material and the organisation of receipts Participation in the optimization and digitalization of customs, shipping and logistics processes
