Construction/project management of door elements (m/f/d)

You control the commercial and technical execution of construction projects in the object doors segment. You are the link between builders, engineers and suppliers. You conduct negotiations with after-contractors and suppliers and start corresponding calculations. You'll create scales and lists of doors as well as the documentation of the entire construction process. You keep the project costs in mind and ensure a smooth billing. You visit construction sites in northern Germany – the assignment is made via your bound subcontractors.

Completed studies, equivalent training (e.g. as master or technician) or completed commercial or technical training Knowledge in the field of doors Experience in project management Knowledge of VOBs and other relevant regulations Self-responsible and analytical methods Joy in dealing with people and open communication Safe handling of MS Office / ERP systems
