As a production aider (m/w/d) in metalworking, you support a renowned foundry in Drolshagen and take important steps in the production of high-quality metal products. You can expect varied activities in which craftsmanship, care and technical interest are required. Through regulated layers and a solid incorporation, you can build a secure professional perspective in the long term.

• Preparation of models and auxiliary materials for the production process
• Manufacture of sand moulds and sand cores
• Construction and control of forms
• Support in the preparation of the melt and in the casting of sand molds
• independent work in the production process and ensuring a smooth process

We are looking for

• Interest in metalworking and basic technical understanding
• readiness to work in shift work
• Reliable, independent and careful operation
• Team skills, commitment and learning
• Physical resilience for production activities
• First experience in production or metal processing is advantageous, but no requirement
