You are administratively working on the forwarding tasks with a focus on copying. You control the export accompanying documents and create the shipping documents. They control the electronic data acquired and check the completeness of the legally prescribed documents. They monitor compliance with legal requirements for the transport of dangerous goods. They are responsible for handling outgoing bulk goods trucks and coordinate and control the loading. You actively agree to the smooth running of the processes with the employees in the envelope hall, the drivers and the MRP.

They have a commercial training, optimally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services. They work in the lasting late shift at the beginning between 11:00 and 14:00. They have a secure knowledge of German and English. They work independently, structured and solution-oriented.
