Instructor Mechatronics (m/f/d)

Instructions and instruction: You carry out practical exercises in the workshop with the trainees, and transfer theoretical content to teaching units and training courses in relation to the mechatronics profession.

Further development: You recognize individual strengths and potentials, support challenges and accompany the personal and professional development of trainees.

Takeover: You will accompany our trainees on a long-term takeover after their training.

Examination preparation: You make our trainees fit for the final exams – professional, methodical and mental.

Network and representation: Together with our department managers, you represent our training and our company to the outside and participate in training fairs, examination committees and similar events.

Internship: You are an intern with the goal of winning potential trainees and strengthening our employer brand.

Exchange of information: You regularly exchange with the department management Manufacturing & Montage via training processes, the status of trainees, possible fields of application and takeover potentials.

Qualification: Complete training as a mechatronic with further training for trainers (e.g. AEVO) or further training as a state-tested technician for mechatronics (including training certificate).

Practical knowledge: multi-year practical experience in mechatronics, ideally in an industrial environment.

Educational skills: experience in the training or training of employees, coupled with a high degree of patience and empathy.

Technical understanding: knowledge of mechanics, electronics and computer science as well as the ability to explain complex relationships in a comprehensible way.

Personal characteristics: team skills, communication strength, organizational skills and a structured way of working.

Design playroom: You take a central role in building the area and have the opportunity to actively shape it from the outset.
