Strategic Product Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Intensify our team in the social security business unit full-time with work place in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area – and come forward with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

Together with your tandem partner, you are fully responsible for our OPEN/PROSOZ product with a focus on the local job center market in Germany – from stock conservation to further development in our market development You define the technical guidelines for our Product Owners via the version planning and thus control the further development of our product Together with the market leaders in the Social Security portfolio, you develop the respective version planning and align it with the other Strategic Product Managers as well as central stakeholders from development You take internal and external communication around the product and act as a central interface between our customers and internal stakeholders You work closely with various areas such as development, service and sales You take part in events, workshops and specialist bodies and organize them in part You meet business decisions

You have a completed study or a comparable training related to the administrative environment You bring experience in product management, ideally in the IT environment (B2B) with municipalities or in the public sector You have first knowledge of the Social Codes or other relevant standards and ideally bring experience from public administration with Ideally you know the software OPEN/PROSOZ and its operating conditions in the context of SGB II You have knowledge of project management methods and have experience in cooperation with cross-functional and agile project teams You convince with flexibility and enforcing ability to act successfully in the dynamic IT environment even under changing internal and external conditions You bring good analytical and planning skills You want responsibility, a quick understanding and a high IT affinity So you might think...
