Own-sponsored care of residential and commercial properties Management of leases, WEG and special property Contact person:in for tenants, owners and service providers Creation of operating costs and house money bills Organisation and control of maintenance and repair measures Coordination of external service providers and craft companies Processing of claims and insurance cases Implementation of object visits Support for rental processes (e.g. visits, contract preparation) Maintenance and management of master data in real estate software Close cooperation in the team and with the management Work in a digital environment (e.g. immoware, DATEV, LexOffice) Possibility to co-design processes and structures

Enthusiasm for your profession minimum. 30 week hours commercial training Experience required in accounting Experience in real estate management desirable very good IT knowledge
