"Legal Labour Law" advises, supports and represents the BWI GmbH in all labour law and social law matters inward (in particular HR and HR, but also executives, GBR/BR, compliance, data protection) and outside (courts, authorities, Lawyers).

-Your tasks:-

· Designing and negotiating business agreements and collective regulations; responsible contact person for Total works council topics · Advice and support of the HR management and the departments all types of labour and social questions and Support for the areas of application · Design, testing and further development of labour law patterns, Contracts, guidelines, instructions or processes · Follow legal development, counselling and schools of Managers and personnel organisation · Professional independent representation of the company extrajudicial and judicial disputes in the areas Labour/Social Law · Legal interface to and cooperation with departments Compliance, data protection and EHS · Working in cross-departmental projects

-Your profile:

· Successful degree in law (2. State Exams) · At least 10 years of professional experience in individual and collective labour law and labour law Associations, including responsible care of Member States · Admission as a lawyer / Syndicus attorney · Excellent communication skills, negotiating skills and Joy in working in the network or in the team · Engaged, structured and reliable operation · Responsibility, solution orientation and loadability · German language skills in word and writing
