Your tasks:

• Reference support: You accompany people individually, resource-oriented and at eye level.
• Consultation & support: You support everyday life as well as crisis and challenging life situations.
• Promote participation:** You strengthen self-employment and support the implementation of personal goals.
• Coordination & Networking: You organize medical and therapeutic support and work closely with members, authorities and other departments.
• Document & assistance planning: You document your work reliably and take part in individual help planning.
• Organization: You use PC-assisted documentation and administrative programs in everyday work.

Shortly said: You help people shape their lives according to their own ideas.

You're bringing:

• Completed training as *educatorin, curative nursein, ergotherapeutin **or a comparable qualification (m/w/d)
• Experience in integration assistance or accompanying people with disabilities is desirable
• Joy in accompanying people in their daily lives and taking responsibility
• A clear, empathic and esteemed communication
• Class B driving licence
