♪ Your future task:

• As a dedicated contact person, you are the interface to the operating executives and our estimated customer company. Customer requests are professionally processed by you and you will keep the stocks in mind to ensure a smooth booking.
• With your enrolled procedure, you will take care of complaints in receipt of goods and carefully check the delivery documents for completeness and plausibility.
• As an experienced data expert, you will match the information in the in-house goods management system and check the time windows booked by forwarders.
• Their conscientious responsibility also extends to the storage and precise system-side data management at the site.
• Thanks to your team orientation, you work efficiently and solution-oriented with your colleagues.

Your profile for the job Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d) Logistik: Automotive

• They have a completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant/wife – office management, expert/wife – office communication, office merchant/wife or a similar professional career, ideally with experience in automotive logistics.
• In dealing with current MS Office applications, you are versed and can use them routined.
• Their knowledge of German in word and writing are secure and ensure smooth communication.
• With your strong communication strength and team spirit, you actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Their efficient working style is characterized by high care and reliability.
• They are ready to work in multi-layer operation and thus to ensure continuous production
