Senior SAP Process Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:n Senior SAP Process Manager (m/w/x) for our site in Gütersloh. In this role, you take responsibility for end-to-end logistics processes within larger customer implementations and act as a central interface between business, operations and IT.

Make end-to-end processes active: You are responsible for end-to-end design and implementation of efficient logistics processes in SAP-based system landscapes and translate customer requirements into clear process structures. You control and orchestrate process, IT and operations requirements across the entire system landscape (frontend, middleware, SAP, automation, 3rd party) and conduct workshops with customers, IT and operations structured, targeted and solution-oriented You conduct end-to-end test management (test strategy, scenarios, test matrix, defect handling, go-live readiness), plan and control tests and actively participate in the execution to ensure a smooth transition to live operation You develop and standardize SAP processes (SD, MM, WM/EWM) and translate business requirements into scalable SAP and IT concepts in the field of tension between global standards, system restrictions and customer-specific requirements. You bring your deep process and SAP know-how into the team in a structured manner, empower colleagues: both inside and junior BPMs through targeted knowledge transfer and ensure sustainable documentation and further development of our process and SAP standards.

SAP logistics background: experience in SD, MM or WM/EWM as well as in modelling of logistics processes, including BPMN know-how. Test Management Practice: Found experience in end-to-end test management, including test planning, scenario creation, test matrix, defect handling and go-live preparation. Communication strength: You can safely move in international contexts between disciplines, IT, customers and external partners and convey complex issues clearly and addressably. Analytical competence: You analyze complex end-to-end process landscapes structured, identify relationships quickly and derive sound, implementable solutions from them. Relevant qualification: Complete study in the field of logistics, economic engineering, (economic) informatics or comparable as well as multi-year relevant professional experience in the field of SAP logistics and/or business process management. International fit: Flowing German and English knowledge as well as readiness for regular travel - also internationally - to customers and our locations.
