Architecture / Civil Engineering

Take over the economic and technical responsibility for the planning and implementation of demanding SF construction projects in commercial, industrial and school and housing Qualified customer support before, during and after the construction phase Technical clarification and award of subcontractors Control of an interdisciplinary project team consisting of construction managers:inside as well as internal and external architects:inside Planning and control of building billing and the budget provided Coordination with authorities and specialist engineers:inside and intensive cooperation with sales, product management and customers

Successfully completed studies of civil engineering or architecture Multiannual experience in construction and construction Project management of turnkey commercial properties Knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction High service orientation towards customers and entrepreneurs Open and motivating communication skills combined with enforcing capability Organisational skills and independent and structured working methods
