Project Management BESS/FF (m/f/d)

Your duties You have experience in planning, monitoring, control and successful implementation of projects in the field of photovoltaic systems and battery storage systems (BESS) You bring with them the ability to accompany projects independently from land conservation through the approval and planning phase to commissioning. You have experience in coordinating and controlling internal departments, external service providers, specialist planners and experts You ensure compliance with deadline, cost, quality and risk targets You bring experience in coordination with property owners, municipalities, authorities, network operators and other project participants You work in the design of systems and systems as well as in costing, scheduling and supply creation. You create project documentation according to applicable standards and guidelines as well as a structured project-related reporting You support management in all discipline-related issues and identify optimization potentials within the project processes

Your profile You have a degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering or a comparable qualification You bring several years of experience in project management of energy, infrastructure or construction projects You ideally have knowledge in the field of outdoor photovoltaics, battery storage systems (BESS), network connections or comparable energy engineering projects You have sound knowledge of approval management as well as in the planning and control of complex projects You have a safe handling of technical and organizational project processes as well as economic relationships You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working You bring communication strength, negotiation skills and a safe occurrence in dealing with various project participants You show readiness to travel within Germany and have very good German and good English skills.
