You accompany our negotiations on pharmacy compensation – from the pre-commissioning to the implementation, including possible arbitration proceedings, to the determination of the relevant quantities of pharmacy compensation according to the drug price regulation. Together with the team, you will develop the necessary data bases, calculations and argumentation lines for handling and support the formation of opinions within the association. You create and design the central documents that bear our negotiations. Even after the conclusion of the negotiations, you will remain there and support the political implementation of the results of the negotiations.
You have completed university studies with a focus on economics (e.g. economics, empirical social sciences or comparable), ideally with a Master's degree. Figures are not a dry compulsory programme: You like to analyse and communicate quantitative facts in a comprehensible and secure way. Experiences from dealings with cost-benefits in the field of self-management are a plaus – but not a must. You have very good knowledge of German at native language levels. Knowledge in the field of health economics is advantageous. You like to work in the team, are dedicated, independent and reliable. Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and transparent way of working round off your profile. You like digital work and are safe in handling MS 365, digital calendars and communication tools. New IT applications can be seen as an invitation to make things easier and try them out.
