Account Manager (m/w/d)

You shall ensure the management of the participation of AKN These include the preparation and monitoring of shareholder meetings (GV) and the logging of the GV You prepare documents on the topics of participation for the Supervisory Board meetings of the AKN before and after You develop proposals for decisions and decisions in close coordination with the management Organize and accompany processes You control and manage processes around board members and management You are responsible for the participation controlling by controlling budget planning, performing regular forecasts and supporting the creation of annual accounts You monitor new participation projects (e.g. after tender win) You create documentation on participation management You continuously collect information about the holding companies

Economics Studies (with a focus on controlling/finance) Multiannual professional experience in controlling and/or financial and accounting, welcomes with knowledge in participation management Understanding legal relationships Possible experience in transport and Railway industry Analytical skills, high number affinity and safe handling of MS Office Structured, independent, responsible and targeted working methods Addressable communication skills at all levels
