With Mambu as a leading cloud-native core banking system, you work on forward-looking transformation projects and actively shape the next generation of banking platforms. We offer you your expertise at the interface between technicality, technology and cloud architecture – with real impact, design space and the ability to modernise financial institutions sustainably. You advise banks and financial service providers in the introduction, development and scaling of the cloud-based core banking system Mambu and accompany strategic transformation and modernization projects. In doing so, you analyse technical requirements in core banking and transfer them to robust technical designs within the Mambu platform. You support system harmonisation, data migration and cloud architecture issues to optimally combine technical and technical requirements and integrate them efficiently into existing processes. You accompany the implementation over the entire project cycle – from conception and implementation to testing to quality assurance – in close, agile and collaborative cooperation with business and IT. Identification of efficiency and automation potentials in banking and development of modern process and system solutions based on digital platform logic is also one of your tasks. You support the implementation of regulatory requirements such as FIDA, MiCAR, Basel III/IV, CRD or EBA guidelines and efficiently integrate them in Mambu processes and interfaces. You will also carry out workshops, demos and user training and ensure a secure and sustainable transition of new solutions to operational operations.

Completed studies of business management, computer science, business informatics or comparable bank professional qualification. Found experience with Mambu, ideally from implementation, integration or transformation projects. Very good knowledge of Core Banking, especially in the customer, account, credit or payment transactions. Embossed understanding of API first, cloud and microservice architectures as well as for integration approaches around Mambu (e.g. Middleware, BPM systems, orchestration). Expertise in current regulatory issues such as FIDA, MiCAR, Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD or EBA guidelines. Structured and analytical working as well as pleasure in working at the interface between business and IT. High communication strength, excellent knowledge of German and good English as well as a sovereign appearance.
