Develop Test Strategies: Defining Customized Test Approaches, Optimizing Test Processes and Continuous Improvement of Standards and Tools for Highest Product Quality Control test teams: building test organisations, coordinating test activities and promoting international team culture through team formation and communication Plan test activities: integration of test activities into the development cycle and management of resources, schedules and budgets taking into account test requirements Managing risks: identification of early quality risks, strategic prioritisation of test areas and development of risk mitigation measures communicating quality results: creating meaningful reports and recommendations, matching test results with test management leads and monitoring reporting

completed studies in computer science or business informatics as well as at least 5 years of experience in the test area, of which ideally 3 years as a test manager; an ISTQB certification (ideally Advanced Level) is advantageous mastery of structured test methods, experience with test frameworks and management tools (e.g. MF ALM, JIRA) as well as in the preparation of test strategies and planning taking into account test automation Experience as a test manager in the insurance industry, in particular in the field of life insurance with focus on interface tests and introduction of modern case management systems The ability to motivate teams, set clear priorities and create a quality-oriented culture, even under time pressure Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, joy in international cooperation and experience in convincing communication of results to all stakeholders
