At the Operational & Business Services Competence Center, Central Team Bau Services is responsible for all administrative activities related to our construction and maintenance projects. Together with us, you will ensure that the projects run smoothly and that all information is available reliably.

Maintenance and management of project-related data in SAP PS-Bau Collection of orders, confirmations and status information Monitoring of dates and deadlines Examination and allocation of incoming invoices Tracking of missing documents Management and digital storage of the project files Collection of offers and documents from service providers Preparation of project-related tender documents Creation of simple overviews (e.g. cost or appointment lists)

Completed commercial training First experiences in the administrative project environment desirable Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) SAP knowledge or readiness to incorporate Structured and independent operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
