In this generalist function, your tasks span all phases of the Employee Life Cycle. They see themselves as a stimulus for strategic HR topics with a view to the feasibility. They advise and support specialist and executives in change processes competently and empathically. HR project work is also part of the activity that can range from participation to the control of subprojects.

After your university studies with a focus on human resources management, you have constantly expanded your experience in personnel work. You have already demonstrated your good knowledge of working law and SAP user knowledge. They convince by your winning personality, an independent way of working and strong communication skills at eye level. They have long-sightedness, finger-tip feeling and enforcing ability combined with a high team orientation.
