Salesman in the medical supply store (m/f/d)

For our OTB team, we are looking for you at the next time in Heilbronn as Salesor (m/w/d) in the Sanity House. 

We are one of the leading providers of medical aids in Germany – at more than 40 locations. Our focus? The best possible supply of our customers with individual, high-quality and customised solutions. In our own orthopedic workshops, we combine traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology and produce orthopedic aids for our customers for a mobile and trouble-free life.

Your tasks with us

• You advise and sell tools and medical products (e.g. medical compression stockings, medical bandages, orthopaedic inserts, roller shutters) in our medical shops
• You create individual offers and find tailor-made solutions for the needs of our customers
• You build long-term customer relationships and plead them with commitment and empathy
• You support us in the presentation and order of goods
• You work daily with the cash register and our goods management system

You bring it with

• A successfully completed training, e.g. as a trader in health care (m/w/d), merchant/w/d in retail (m/w/d), medical specialist (m/w/d), nursing (m/w/d), nursing (m/w/d), nursing (m/w/d)
• Ideally, first experience in medical specialist trade or multiannual professional experience in healthcare or in the sale of consulting-intensive products
• Retailer (m/w/d) with experience as a retailer (m/w/d), Hotelfachmann/-frau (m/w/d), Gastronomiefachkraft (m/w/d) or Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) are welcome
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least language level C1)
• Communication strength, empathy and the ability to work quickly into new topics
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems of advantage
