Independent negotiation and completion of long-term and professional leases Acquisition, addressing and securing (new) users/men; development of rental and marketing strategies; market and location analyses; carrying out visits; Consideration, definition and acceptance of specific tenant requirements Continuous expansion and extension of its own network to relevant market participants; Building resilient and trusted relationships and links to tenants, users and other partners Cooperation with the Asset Management team to actively seek development, rehabilitation and/or reconstruction opportunities that contribute to the performance of the portfolio Identification of development opportunities within the portfolio or as part of the acquisition of available land and preparation of feasibility and cost-effectiveness accounts Ensuring or Creation of the necessary planning right, either through direct negotiations with the planning authorities or with the help of external specialist planners Active cooperation with the technical project manager

Experience in the rental and marketing of large-scale industrial facilities (logistics, retail) Knowledge within project development of advantage Drive and passion to achieve the best result for both the company and its customers An established network of owners, investors, municipalities and brokers A good understanding of German planning and Construction and construction law Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
