Project management: You will take over the commercial support and control of our free line construction projects in North or East Germany in close coordination with the project management. Calculation & controlling: You carry out the ongoing costing as well as the evaluation of the projects, and you will develop deviation analyses. Procurement & Material Management: You prepare demand requirements, release orders, check material inputs, delivery notes and invoices and coordinate the material disposition in the project. Accounting & Claim Management: You participate in the post- and final costing, as well as in the pre-assessment and billing preparation, and you are responsible for the claim management. Documentation: You support the creation and compilation of project documentation and revision documents.

You have successfully completed a commercial training, e.g. as a merchant (m/w/d) for office management or as an industrial merchant (m/w/d). You have practical experience in the commercial project execution, also in the free line industry – a cross-entry is possible. You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel, and have ideally gathered with NEVARIS, MS Project, Thinkproject and SAP experience. You have a very good knowledge of German and have a class B licence and are ready to travel up to 80% of your working time (new Länder). You are characterized by a reliable, independent and team-oriented way of working as well as a high number affinity and always keeps the big picture in mind.
