Service assistant in the car dealership (m/f/d)

As a service assistant, you are the first contact point for our customers and an important interface between workshop, service consulting and administration. With organizational talent and a smile, you will ensure smooth operations in the car house. You create workshop and car rental bills, check documents and pay attention to the on-time settlement. You coordinate the preparation of accounts, maintain accounting data and prepare the proper accounting. You serve our customers friendly and competent – personally, by telephone and at the reception. You organize the cash register, take over bookings, cash registers as well as receipts and cheque submissions. You manage documents and documents such as workshop orders, warranty documents, cash register documents and vehicle lists. You support the service management, take over administrative tasks, schedule appointments and perform correspondence.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally as a car dealer or in a comparable profession. You have 1–2 years of professional experience in the car house or in customer service. You are characterized by a structured, careful and analytical method. You stand up safely and confidently and keep an overview even in stressful situations. You convince by team spirit, communication strength and service orientation. You work independently, flexibly and reliably – with pleasure in contact with people.
