Compilation of quarterly and annual planning in occupational health management, in particular occupational health and safety care, and their interfaces Coordination of the on-site appointments with customers in consultation with the respective area management and any cooperation partner First contact for our specialists regarding appointment preparation Support in monitoring the performance of our services in accordance with the contract and the requirements Consideration of legal requirements and economic factors

Complete training in the commercial sector, e.g. as a merchant/buyer in healthcare, office management or comparable qualification an understanding of the basics of occupational health management, prevention measures and relevant legal frameworks experienced handling in all common MS Office applications Planning talent and the ability to find good solutions for short-term challenges
