Service Manager Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Conceptual further development and optimization of processes in creditor accounting taking into account cost-effectiveness, digitization, compliance and tax requirements Technical advice of the organisational units in matters of creditor accounting, the accounting process and the implementation of training and knowledge transfer Analysis, design and implementation of technical requirements for ERP, workflow and invoice processing systems as well as cooperation in digitization and organizational projects Own-responsible implementation of creditor accounting including auditing, auditing and booking of accounts, payment transactions, open-post management and liquidity planning Own-responsible tax assessment of credit transactions in the national and international environment, including compilation of tax reports Compilation of management evaluations, reports, statistics and policy templates as well as analysis of financial indicators and deriving recommendations for action Participation in financial statements and support for internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant documents

Complete study of business management with a focus on accounting, taxes or finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in creditor accounting and good knowledge of commercial and tax regulations Experience in digitalization and further development of financial processes as well as sound knowledge in ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Microsoft Excel and evaluation of financial indicators Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good understanding of processes and relationships Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with high consulting and communication skills
