Werkstudent – Bid Management (m/w/d)

Together with the Bid Management Team of our Central Business Unit, you support the sales team in answering high-quality and formally clean tenders from contracting authorities. In concrete terms, you perform the following tasks: You support the visibility and work-up of the tender documents and ensure the quality of the documents before handover to the signature process. Take care of compliance with the different deadlines. You form bidding questions and follow them. You take care of our internal ticket system (Jira). You're looking for project references with our tools, but also through communication with the employees. You support the maintenance and processing of employee profiles for the delivery of the tender documents.

Your background – You are currently in current studies – e.g. in Economics, BWL, Management, VWL, Sales Management, Business Informatics, Law or Comparable. Your Strengths – You have very good Microsoft Office skills and create templates securely in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Optionally, you have already had first points of contact with contract law and contract law as well as award procedures. In the virtual call as well as in personal appointments, you will be convinced – Your open-minded and communicative way will give you enthusiasm for colleagues and speak German (Level C1 or higher) and English (Level B2 or higher). Analytical and targeted solution-finding – You are drawing up a structured and logical approach, quickly recognizing relationships and finding suitable solutions for complex tasks. Team-oriented and proactive work – Your friends describe you as responsible and independent. You are also helpful and can work well with others.
