Helferkraft (m/w/d) – Sportbereich

on midijob basis with 16 hours per week (preferably Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 12:00). The body is limited to one year.

Your tasks

Individual assistance & accompaniment: They accompany and support people with disabilities in their sports activities and promote active, self-determined participation. You are sensitive to individual needs and create a safe and value-adding atmosphere.

Motivation & promotion: They motivate the participants to develop their sporting skills and promote them according to their personal strengths and possibilities. With your esteeming accompaniment, you strengthen self-confidence and enable positive success experiences.

Begleitung & Implementation: They support the planning, preparation and implementation of varied sports and movement opportunities. You will accompany the sports and ensure a smooth run and design the units according to requirements and motivating.

Teaming & Cooperation: They work with the pedagogical team trustfully and interdisciplinaryly. Through a regular professional exchange, you help to continuously develop the sports offerings and optimally match the needs of the participants.

Your profile

Qualifications:You are enjoying dealing with people as well as interested in exercise, sports and health promotion. First experiences in the social or sports field are advantageous, but no prerequisite.

Empathy:An appreciative and sensitive way of dealing with human beings distinguishes you. They meet others with empathy, reliability and openness, creating a trusting atmosphere.

Engagement:You like to work in the team, take responsibility and get enthusiastic. Their commitment and positive attitude help to motivate people for exercise and a health-promoting lifestyle.
