Internship in Controlling - Start from February 2026 Job ID 77037 | Location Heidenheim & hybrid work possible | for 4-6 months The product cost management/value analysis team sees itself as an integrative and interdisciplinary business partner for national and international production units, purchasing, sales, product management and controlling of the Voith Turbo division. Your tasks You support the product cost management/value analysis team across locations in all operational tasks related to the continuous analysis of the cost development of the individual product lines. Work on controlling Voith Turbo's purchasing activities is just as important as the analysis of cost deviations from internal production sites and the procurement process. In addition, you can support the area in all weekly and monthly reporting activities and act as a reliable contact person for queries. You will learn about essential reporting and controlling processes of an internationally operating company and their interconnection with the production processes. You analyze cost structures, generate cost drivers from externally purchased and customised products, and develop and follow measures to reduce costs. You will also get to know methods of value analysis for cost-optimized product design, which are used in national and international cross-sector projects. Your profile You are an immatricated student in a technical or economic study course (e.g. industrial engineering, production technology, controlling or similar) and brings a high affinity to economic and technical topics. In addition, you are interested in technical relationships and the diverse processes along the supply chain and their impact on product costs. You also have a strong interest in the analysis, processing and presentation of data. You are versed in dealing with current MS Office applications Excel and PowerPoint. Ideally, you have already experienced further data processing systems and tools (SAP, BI applications). Your knowledge of German and English in word and writing are good. You convince by your proactive and analytical working style. Your self-responsible operation and a performance-oriented basic setting complete your profile.
