You design our financial planning and forecast processes and continuously develop them for sustainable governance and future security. You design and control efficient budget processes and develop a sustainable cost structure. Through sound deviation analyses, you create transparency and recognize opportunities and risks at an early stage. Together with the business units, you develop meaningful reporting and dashboards with relevant key figures and KPIs. You establish the process for our sustainability reporting and strengthen our future capability. You will participate in the annual financial statements in order to bring your accounting and assessment knowledge into financial planning and forecasting.

A completed commercial training with further qualification in accounting or controlling, or an economic studies with a focus on financial/ accounting/controlling. Found professional experience in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting as well as initial experience in the production of annual accounts according to HGB – ideally in housing. Safe handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel. Knowledge in Power BI and planning software are advantageous. An analytical way of thinking and the ability to communicate and prepare complex relationships in a comprehensible manner. A responsible, careful operation and good planning and organizational skills. Process understanding and digital competence for identifying and implementing process optimizations
