ZEISS Microoptics is a unit of the Photonics & Optics strategic business unit specializing in the development, replication and integration of optics applications based on micro-optical and holographic optical elements.

Your duties As part of our Automotive and Consumer division, you can support the team management and the respective teams and work with further assistance in the success of the entire unit. Your tasks include: Accompanying challenges in operational and strategic business and supporting the team with your ideas and experiences

Date management and event planning, organisation and implementation

Support for reporting, data evaluation and preparation

Strong support in the transformation towards series production (experiences in an industrial environment of advantage) of the management and the team

Completed training or studies in the commercial sector, ideally with a financial background

Multiannual relevant professional experience as assistance - in the financial or service sector or comparable

Embossed number affinity and routined handling of familiar software applications (including SAP)

Self-contained, structured and conscientious working and a hand-on mentality combined with a high degree of discretion

High level of flexibility, team orientation as well as organizational skills and contact

Negotiating and pronounced communication skills in German and English in word and writing
