Then you will be part of HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH, branch Germany Northeast, location Hamburg, in permanent employment in fulltime or parttime as soon as possible Projektmanager (m/w/d) Your duties Quality management, backup & documentation: You implement the quality requirements of our integrated management system, our clients in the branch and on our construction sites, create safety plans and document them. Continuous improvement: You collect and document quality deviations and defects on construction sites, perform cause analyses and corrective measures, so that repetitions are avoided. Education & Audit Management: You conduct employee training on quality-relevant topics, plan and conduct internal audits according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in the branch and on our construction sites. Offer processing: You process quality requirements of our customers as part of the supply processing of infrastructure projects. Knowledge building & exchange: You build a central knowledge platform (SharePoint) and accompany specialist departments in the collection and quality assurance of their knowledge content as well as the organization for knowledge sharing. Your profile Completed study in the field of civil engineering, degree to the state-tested technician or comparable degree You have a good technical understanding and are safe and routined with MS Office products Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as an independent, solution-oriented and proactive way of working as well as a high level of readiness for use.
