KG Bayreuth Presence / Mobile Professional experience Project management, product management Full time In this position, you support clinical documentation, post-market surveillance (PMS) and clinical research and contribute to the structured, comprehensible and regulatory implementation of daily business tasks. Documentation: creation, maintenance, storage and versioning of clinical and PMS documents; ensuring topicality, completeness and traceability; maintenance of status, version and deadlines; Working instructions. Operational support PMS and Clinical Evidence: PMS, PMCF, and clinical evaluation documents (preparation, structuring, formatting, versioning); Support for literature research / administration as well as collection and preparation of PMS-relevant data. Operational support Clinical research: processing, administration and storage of research documents; participation in project management (task and milestone tracking); Support for reports, contact management, research in study registers and follow-up of relevant studies. Administrative/organisational activities: appointment, deadline and task tracking; support for project communication; Creation of reports, presentations, overviews and signature workflows. Audit support: compiling and providing documents for audits and internal enquiries.

Completed commercial or scientific training or a comparable qualification Ideally basic knowledge of coordinating function Ideally knowledge in medical device law Structured, careful and reliable operation Organisational strength, schedule and high quality awareness as well as team and communication skills Very good MS Office knowledge as well as ideal knowledge in the handling of artificial intelligence – in addition to reliable German and good English knowledge
