We develop and market payment solutions for both PoS and e- and M-commerce. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a motivated team from 10 test managers and test engineers With your team, you will ensure the quality of mobile payment solutions and promote the expansion, continuous improvement and efficiency of quality assurance measures. Develop effective, measurable goals and KPIs In order to increase efficiency and quality while increasing the releases, you are consistently relying on automation, with the aim of reducing manual testing activities wherever possible. For this you work closely with the Team Test Automation As a central contact person, you offer support and advice for other departments such as product management in terms of test procedures and test relevance With an agile mindset, you identify effective solutions for complex challenges and promote continuous improvement within the team You represent the interests of your team and the company and consistently make decisions

Multiannual professional experience in test management as well as knowledge in test methods, test tools and quality assurance processes Experience in handling test management tools such as Jira and Xray as well as confluence ISTQB certifications are advantageous Ideal experience with mobile payment or Appraisal projects Analytical thinkability, problem-solving competence and high enforcement capability Experience in the motivating leadership and promotion of the team German language skills (C1/C2)
