Experiences

• Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) in wholesale and foreign trade or for forwarding and logistics services or comparable training
• Professional experience in export order processing
• Dealing with the current MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is also advantageous
• Structured and reliable operation as well as enforcement and communication strength
• English in word and writing, other foreign languages are advantageous

Tasks

• Invoicing and related shipping documents
• Create export documents according to current customs and copyright regulations
• Control and issue supplier declarations in coordination with purchasing
• Implementation of conformity checks in accordance with internal and external export guidelines
• Accreditation and document collection processes
• Organisation and coordination of shipments in cooperation with service providers and customers and with the logistics department
