In Ettenheim, Georg Fischer Piping Systems manufactures plastic pipe systems and valves from fluoropolymers for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries as well as chemical equipment construction. One of the largest cleanrooms in Europe for plastics processing is located in the areas of assembly, machining, extrusion and injection molding. Become part of our team as a lead in assembly (m/w/d) and responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire assembly area.

You carry out and control our production orders during assembly with overview, organizational design and a clear focus on quality and timely processes. Together with your team, you will ensure that our products meet the highest requirements and processes are implemented reliably, efficiently and according to specifications. You take responsibility for assembly – from operational planning to professional development to the motivation and promotion of your employees. With your view for improvements, you actively develop resources, technologies and digital processes and drive optimization projects with passion. Security, quality and sustainability are the first priority for you: you ensure that all intra-group and legal requirements are reliably adhered to and strengthens a responsible working culture.

You have a completed technical training – ideally complemented by a further education to the technician, master or a comparable qualification. We also welcome motivated cross-comers with technical understanding. Ideally, you already have professional experience in production, final production or assembly and know the challenges of a modern manufacturing environment. You have leadership skills and ideally have already gained first experience in managing or coordinating teams. A structured and concentrated way of working distinguishes you – even with recurring tasks, you keep in mind quality, efficiency and details. Technical understanding, team spirit, sense of responsibility and communication strength make you an estimated partner for employees and interfaces. You have very good German and English skills.
