The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is the carrier of the two main hospitals Detmold and Lemgo as well as a child and youth psychiatry at the Bad Salzuflen site. As part of the University Hospital of Ostwestfalen-Lippe at Bielefeld University, Klinikum Lippe provides 1,224 plan beds annually in about 30 clinics and competence centres. 100,000 outpatient and around 50,000 inpatient patients. The OWL Faculty of Medicine and Research will be held in the winter semester 2021/22. We are looking for Klinikum Lippe GmbH Senior Consultant (m/w/d) with the focus on acute care and pediatrics. Generalist training covers all care areas. This gives you the opportunity to get to know all areas in which care is needed during 3-year training. All trainees start with the professional goal “Pflegefachfrau” or “Pflegefachmann”. Within the first 2 years, training is the same for all trainees. In the third year of training, specialisation in the areas of acute care or paediatrics takes place. At the beginning of the formation, the depression region is selected. During your theoretical training, you will be taught by general teachers – nursing teachers, health scientists, as well as other primary and secondary lecturers from the most diverse professions. In practice, you will be accompanied by educationally trained practical instructors and other employees of the respective places of use. In order to link theory well to practice, you must regularly provide practical assignments. The knowledge imparted in theory is consolidated in practice by various practical instructions. In order to promote the learning process, preparatory and final discussions are also conducted in each application.

The theoretical training takes place at the schools for nursing professions Herford/Lippe GmbH. The course for the training start 01.08. takes place at the school location in Lemgo and 01.10. in Detmold. The lessons for the training start 01.04 are held in 2025 at the school location Listerschool in Herford. The training allowance is governed by the collective agreement for trainees of the public service (TVAöD-Pflege). Applications are possible all year round. .
