Fully qualified lawyer for contract law and legal advice – with a focus on foreign and credit business as well as IT law

As part of the core team legal advice, you advise the entire building in different (contractual) legal matters with your legal expertise. Your focus is on the business-strategic fields of foreign and credit business and IT law: You actively advise the Sparkasse and its affiliates, in particular in matters with English-language references and with the focus on credit business (including financing of renewable energy projects) and IT law (platforms, social media, software contracts, artificial intelligence) In German and English-language contractual matters, you independently draft contracts, examine external contracts and advise in negotiations You represent Sparkasse Bremen courtly and extrajudicially, especially in matters of customer-oriented business, e.g. for the enforcement of rights and defences of (judicial) claims You have analytical views of current legal developments, so make sure that the information arrives in the entire house and, if necessary, impacts change processes

There are two legal state examina and you have been a full lawyer for several years: in the legal department of a bank, a company or in a law firm Especially in contract law you are safe. You also have basic knowledge of banking and capital market law, IT law and foreign business In addition, you understand the technical backgrounds of e.g. online and social media platforms, AI and software contracts with Your knowledge of German and English is reliable You have a targeted approach, show stand in sensitive situations and proves high social competence in your relationship management The colleagues in the departments appreciate your solution-oriented approach and team spirit – in your competent advice and in joint project work
