Software Developer Java (m/f/d)

**We are looking for innovative Java developers (m/w/d) that strengthen our Hamburg team in the insurance industry (including public health insurance).

Your tasks

• Fullstack-based Java-based applications (further)
• work on building a modern service-oriented system landscape
• analyse complex technical requirements
• develop technical solutions in close cooperation with internal customers and IT teams
• Implement and optimize backend components, interfaces and application logic
• integrate process-oriented applications and workflow components
• develop and maintain automated tests
• Technically evaluate system components and continuously optimize architecture

Your profile

• A completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications and multiannual experience in Java software development
• Experience in the development of multilayer applications (front end, backend, interfaces)
• Very good knowledge of modern Java technologies, for example Jakarta EE, JPA, JUnit 5, Mockito
• in Kafka
• Experience with service-oriented architectures
• Ideal knowledge in workflow or process systems
• An analytical, structured and solution-oriented method
• Experience in agile projects or classic IT projects
