IT Application Manager*in - Schwerpunkt M365 & Collaboration (w/m/d)

We are a dynamically growing IT-Zweckverband, founded by the Pinneberg County and the city of Quickborn in the summer of 2008. We offer our local association partners competent advice and support in all IT areas. We currently serve in Schleswig-Holstein with approx. 260 colleagues around 7,500 jobs distributed over 250 locations. kommunit is a modern employer that combines sensory tasks with exciting and forward-looking topics. Our purpose association supports circles, communities, cities and offices on the way to digitalization. In addition, we currently maintain 31 school locations. For this administrative upgrade, we are looking for sleeve-high-cutters, creators and over-three-edged guckers. We are pleased if you support us in full or part-time as IT Application Manager*in - M365 & Collaboration (w/m/d) at one of our locations in Elmshorn near Hamburg, Husum, Büdelsdorf or Schleswig.

You manage Office 365 services and integrate them efficiently into existing business processes You administrate collaboration tools like SharePoint and OneDrive, including releases and permissions You set releases and permissions and implement compliance policies They integrate Office 365 into existing specialist applications and optimize workflows You are responsible for support, training & trouble analysis for office and application use You take over the operation, maintenance and monitoring of applications and system components They are actively working on IT projects to further develop and modernise the system landscape

You have a completed training as a specialist informatics* or a study in the field of computer science They have basic knowledge for operating applications in a virtualized environment You can work safely in a Microsoft based business environment Ideally you have Linux skills They work responsibly, carefully, structured and independent and do not hesitate to get to know new technologies and applications You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing at least at C1 level Since we occasionally want to use you at different locations of our association members, a class B licence is required
