In particular, single- and multi-family houses as well as other demanding raw building projects are built. A growing network consists of long-term developers, architects and entrepreneurs.

One of today's owners and at the same time long-term politicians working in the company would like to be shorter in the coming years. This is why an experienced trainee is sought, who initially takes responsibility for the construction sites and, with corresponding development, can develop perspectively into the management and even into the ownership.

This is not a classic change from the construction site to the office: You remain active on the construction sites in the long term. At the same time, there is the possibility of becoming increasingly involved in the company through performance, personality and entrepreneurial thinking.

Organisation and control of the ongoing building projects Coordination of employees, subcontractors, materials and construction processes Guided construction sites on site and ensuring smooth progress Coordination with contractors, contractors, architects and other project partners Self-employed construction site organization and early detection and solving of problems
