We are looking for you as Health and Nursing (m/w/d) for our outpatient care service:

This is waiting for you on site:

• You only work with us every 3rd weekend

Your tasks in our outpatient service are:

• You take care of the individual basic and treatment care of customers with heart and mind

• Each customer has individual needs, you recognize them and align the activating daily design on them.

• You document the care process digitally around the customer (medicine assignment, care protocols etc.)

• With the team on site, you can make a significant part in ensuring the quality of care

• You have an open ear for customers and their relatives at any time

You bring it:

• You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional
• You have a valid license class B
• You are welcome with and without professional experience
• You are a team player and owns empathy in dealing with customers and colleagues
• You work independently, solution-oriented and you like to laugh – we do too!
