Number: MER00046ZI We offer you the opportunity to get to know the compliance area of the research and development of Mercedes-Benz Cars. Especially in today's challenges in the automotive industry, it is clear how important a targeted and inclusive action by companies is. Our team is responsible for the coordination and sustainable implementation of compliance and integrity measures as well as the processing of cross-sectional governance issues such as labour law, antitrust law and export control. With us you have the opportunity to a very wide, diverse and also varied student work. In addition to the topic of Compliance & Integrity, you will also actively support us in cross-functional implementation projects in research and development. We are a motivated and agile team that manages and coordinates cross-development projects in cooperation with our interdisciplinary partners from controlling, sales, purchasing, production, quality, HR, legal and IT.

Your tasks in detail: Own-sponsored acquisition of (partial) projects

Preparation, organisation, moderation and follow-up of interdisciplinary project meetings

Active cooperation in project management of cross-developing implementation projects

Development of communication concepts and preparation of workshops and training

Designing guidelines and training documents

Support in the creation of decision-making templates and presentations, including for management bodies

The activity can start from October 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Economic Law or a comparable degree course

Project/process management knowledge

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

High communication/modernity, self-motivation, commitment, visionary and analytical thinking, creativity
