Service Technician - Voice Alarm / Security Technology (m/f/d)

Declaration of compliance: SAA: voice alarm system, are fail-safe electroacoustic systems/sounding systems that are used for alarming in the event of fire. (sites: schools, public buildings, industrial installations) ELA: Electrical loudspeaker systems are all other electroacoustic systems which are not used for alarm purposes. (sites: training rooms, schools, sports halls). As a face to the customer, you take the maintenance, conversion and repair of voice alarm systems (according to VDE 0833-4 and DIN 14675) directly on site in the Mannheim/Ludwigshafen area. You provide expert advice to our customers on technical questions and you will be able to create accurate service offers on this basis. You independently plan your service assignments, document your work carefully and prepare everything for the next customer appointment in the office or workshop. In close coordination with the internal service team, you act as an important interface between customer requirements and the internal workshop.

You bring at least 4 years of professional experience in the field of speech alarms (SAA). Your basis is a completed technical training, e.g. as an information electronics company or in a comparable electrotechnical profession. You are handcrafted, you know with industry-specific tools as well as the relevant DIN standards (e.g. VDE 0833-4). With your independent, organized work and your competent appearance, you convince our customers on site. A class B driver's license as well as good German skills complete your profile.
