Support of the team as project manager:in an interface between internal team and executive companies Participation in costing, tendering and awarding of building services Creation of decision templates and construction schedules for the projects Coordination with construction partners and monitoring of execution, quality and appointments Examination of allowances and support in the processing of invoices and supplements Ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and DIN standards Preparation of acceptances and commissioning as well as defect control and processing of residual services
