Project Manager - Technical Building Equipment (TGA) (m/f/d)

Our mandate is an established company for engineering services in technical building equipment (TGA). The range of services covers all performance phases of HOAI. The team has comprehensive expertise in areas such as HLS, ELT and conveyor systems. As part of the company's growth, the company is looking for qualified professionals (m/w/d) who want to contribute construction projects in the Berlin-Brandenburg region in a collegial working culture. Support of the team as project manager:in an interface between internal team and executive companies Participation in costing, tendering and awarding of building services Creation of decision templates and construction schedules for the projects Coordination with construction partners and monitoring of execution, quality and appointments Examination of allowances and support in the processing of invoices and supplements Ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and DIN standards Preparation of acceptances and commissioning as well as defect control and processing of residual services

Successfully completed studies or technical training (Master:in/Techniker:in) in the field of HLS Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) Very good VOB knowledge Knowledge of fire, sound protection and measurement and control technology Practices in handling MS Office and specialist software (Dendrit, Viptool, Linear, etc.), tendering software (ORCA) and CAD (AutoCAD) First BIM experience (Revit) Secure appearance, enforcement and negotiation skills and awareness of responsibility Teamability with high communication and cooperation readiness Stress resistance and ability to make informed decisions
